I had a band called Fine Excuses, which released most recent EP in 2015, under bizarre circumstances. Using various names I’ve also recorded 7 albums by participating in the maddeningly frantic annual FAWM challenge, taking a different methodological approach each time.
Jamming in lunatic junk ensemble Skipped and Middle-Eastern folk song quintet Nomi Basra vastly widened my music palette, and appreciation of both reclaimed Freegan food and Iraqi cuisine. We played at events as diverse as the Winchester Science Festival, Refugee Week, and Ropewalk Gardens.
